Plumber showed up 5 minutes early, assessed the issue and was done within 10 more minutes. Communication was prompt and professional, the visit was costly but such is the nature of emergency services. Would call again!

Great plumbing company, would definitely recommend, Allan is hands down one of the nicest most hardworking and helpful tradesmen that I’ve ever met, he answered all my questions and got down and dirty during the job he did in my basement. He did everything I asked of him and more, he was making jokes the whole time snd had me cracking up. I’ve never had that much fun with someone I just met.

Allan was here to unblock the kitchen sink. He arrived on time, got the job done professionally and had a very nice disposition.He also took the time to tighten and adjust the fixtures.

I called the answering service for an emergency water heater replacement. I had a quick (within thirty minutes) call back from the plumber. After I told him the problem, he said he would check his schedule and call me back with potential times and prices for the replacement. I never heard back from him. We went with a different, more reliable plumber.

I called them to unblock my shower drain. I was told plumber would come next day "sometime after 1:30pm". Allan arrived before 12 noon, just after I'd returned home from grocery shopping because I had believed the dispatcher. He not only unblocked the drain quickly in a difficult situation but was polite, pleasant, and answered all my questions about the pipe configuration of my bathroom, some aspects of which had not been properly done (access to pipes) and why he was taking certain actions. Because I had to pay for 1.5 hours minimum anyway I showed him 2 problem areas in my basement and he gave good advice. I was so pleased I booked an appointment to replace my 15 year-old hot water heater on the spot. I should have known it was too good to be true. When I cleaned the bathroom later, my carved wooden doorstop was missing, a cherished gift from a now-deceased wood-working friend. I searched everywhere, including within the gross rag he'd used to clean up the drain crud, now in the garbage. The next morning I phoned the answering service and left a detailed message: I want it back! Only possibility is he picked it up "by mistake" or otherwise as he was collecting his tools while I was downstairs. My mistake! So far I have not heard back. Trust is broken and I'm furious that a positive experience was ruined by such a petty act. So I will be cancelling hot water tank replacement.

Arrived a little later than scheduled but no big deal. Needed the pedestal sink (brand new) disconnected to get the pipes extended so we can raise the valves 4-5 to better hide them behind the pedestal. Dino was clearly rushing and not paying attention while asking me to hold the basin so he could unscrew the drain and I assumed the valves. Kept asking me where I want it as he's trying to guide the basin somewhere even though I haven't answered yet. Told him what about the valves cause I can't see through the basin and he proceeds to push the basin further and tips over the pedestal. It shattered of course and now I'm stuck trying to find another set that we like. Who knows how much it will cost this time. Oh I'm not charging you. No kidding buddy. Like I was ever going to pay you. He tried to place half the blame on me. Thanks for making my life more difficult. Couldn't get him out of my house fast enough.
