Le 4 avril 2022, j’ai appelé M. Pierre Moisan pour changer cartouche de la robinetterie de la douche. M’a demandé de le rappeler début juin et qu’il viendrait à ce moment. Je l’ai rappelé et laissé messages sur sa boîte vocale le 1er juin, le 8 juin, le 13 juin et envoyé texto et n’a JAMAIS répondu ou rappelé. Côté fiabilité = UN GROS ZÉRO. Il aurait dû au moins avoir la décence de m’informer qu’il ne voulait plus offrir ce service ou qu’il était débordé. Service à la clientèle très mauvais.
