Installation en juillet 2020 d'un chauffe-eau au gaz 40 gallon. Lors de l'installation, ils n'ont pas aligné correctement le tube rigide d'aération pour rejeter les émanations de gaz à l'extérieur. Tout à fonctionné jusqu'à ce que la température diminue à l'hiver. Le tube ne couvrait plus le ventilateur, donc émanations dans la maison. Le tube rigide et le ventilateur avaient une différence de 3 pouces. Nous les avons appelé pour leur demander et mentionné cette problématique. Ils nous ont répondu que nous avions sûrement bougé le chauffe-haut nous même.
