I was very happy with David's quick response and his clear expertise in determining rapidly what the issue was with a persistent drip from my furnace boiler. He recognized that it was an issue that could soon become more significant and he quickly arranged to obtain the needed part and installed it in a timely way. It was good to talk with someone who obviously knew what he was doing and was also happy to explain what the issue was to someone who didn't have a lot of background in plumbing and heating! Rick took the time to introduce himself at the beginning. Was on time, very friendly and polite. We saw a difference in our A/C automatically. Also, the company was very flexible and gave us an appointment the same day (it was a very hot day!!!). Highly recommend superior plumbing.

Crow Vercingetorix (Crow) Sean was extremely helpful and informative when he worked on replacing my main water valve. During the inspection, he even let me know that the pipe the valve was on was not up to code, and helped me rectify it. Sean also waited for the city to turn my water back on, and inspected for leaks thoroughly. I definitely would contact Superior Plumbing again if I ever need to.
The company was fast, showed up the same day as my call, the tech immediately stated the machine couldn't be fixed, without any diagnostics.. just from the sound of the blower motor and stating that the machine was too old. The tech in <60 seconds said I needed a new machine.
They initially charged me the inspection fee, however, after emailing them following the <5 minute appointment with no diagnostics run, they refunded me.
I suggest instating a policy where if you don't run any diagnostics, you don't charge an inspection fee, as this is just essentially the same as a free quote on a new install.
While I am disappointed you couldn't fix my unit, given I was refunded and the quick response/appointment time, I give them a good rating.
This company offers $$ for 5 star reviews. I think its unethical and taints the review system.
The plumber came to run a camera in my wastewater pipes. To be fair, he was punctual, kind and professional and explained what we were seeing as the camera passed through. However, though he promised a written report and a copy of the videos later the same day, I didn't receive them until 5 days later. He also promised to prepare a quote for the work he believed would be needed. More than a week later, the company indicated they did not have the staff to complete the work and would not be able to provide an estimate of the costs.
These delays did not stop the company from calling and emailing me several times to offer a partial reimbursement on the fees paid if I wrote them a 5 star review.
Good reviews ought to be earned, not bought. I won't be relying on this company again.
On the positive side, they responded quickly to my second online request for service.
Other than than, their prices are extremely high. They sent someone to help us with multiple clogs in our plumbing system, and I don't feel like the person was really listening to what I was saying. They managed to unclog the drain of our washer, but a day later it was clogged again. Our two clogged sinks remained clogged, and actually worse than before, after they tried to run a snake through them from the hole in the sink. They told me the plumbing for both sinks simply needed changed and we'd have to open up the walls in the bathrooms, gave me an estimate for that and left.
Considering what it cost to be left with nothing fixed, I wasn't in a hurry to have them come back for the big job they said wad needed. I contacted another plumber for a second opinion, who managed to access the pipes another way, cleaned them and charged me half of what Superior Plumbing did for their half-hearted attempt.
To say I'm unimpressed is an understatement.
