Fuite d’eau chez les locataires un samedi matin glacial en pleine pandémie….après m’avoir posé plusieurs questions, expliqué la tarification pour un déplacement un samedi et ce que je pouvais faire si je voulais attendre au lundi pour le tarif normal, j’ai décidé de ne pas attendre. Une heure et demie plus tard tout était réparé! Très efficace et professionnel.
