Cascade Plumbing Laval — Plumber in Laval

Their team was courteous, professional, and completed the job efficiently!

We called Cascade Plumbing at 6 p.m. on September 25th, 2024, with an ugent toilet situation. We were told someone would arrive within the hour. By 9 p.m., after receiving no update, we called again and were told the plumber would arrive in no more than 5 minutes. However, we still had no one show up. The following day, when I finally spoke to someone, they attempted to diagnose the issue over the phone, claiming the toilet was cracked—without even visiting the house! This lack of professionalism and unreliable service is unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend their services.

Called them because we had an egg-like odour coming out of our sinks. The guy didn't take time to evaluate anything, just straight up said he should clean our drains for 250$ a piece with a hydrojet. 8 drains in the house, 2000$. After no inspection and being here for 5 minutes! So we said let's start with 3 and see if it goes away for those. He did it, it took him like 30 minutes max to clean them and then charged us 750$ for 30 minutes of labor. Now a day later the egg smell is back. This company might be an actual scam, a lot of their reviews look fake. Stay away.
