Mauvais service après vente. Ne répond pas au courriel et disparaît sans donner de nouvelles. Nous attendons depuis 4 mois pour la finition extérieure du filage, malgré deux suivis de notre part.

Zéro service après vente, ni pour l'entretien, ni pour la réparation. Notre climatiseur est tombé en panne en début de juin. Il était encore sous garantie. Barrette et Bernard n'ont pas pu nous offrir aucun service avant septembre, et nous avons dû faire avec une autre compagnie plus fiable. À éviter.
